Purpose of Exercise:

FOR LOWER ABS.

Execution:

  • Take hold of a chinning bar with an overhand grip and hang at arm’s length from the bar.
  • Keeping your legs as straight as you can, lift them up in front of you as far as possible.
  • Lower them back down toward the floor, but don’t let them touch.

Warning:

Don’t swing while doing the movement.
